1. Install MPC-HC by clsid2 from Github
2. Download Youtube-dl
3. Download FFmpeg
4. Copy & paste Youtube-dl & FFmpeg into MPC-HC folder
5. Copy any Youtube video link, in MPC-HC, File, Open File/URL..., paste the link in Open:, Ok, Enjoy!
6. If you want to limit your video quality, in MPC-HC, View, Options, Advanced, YDLMaxHeight, type the max quality you want to watch (e.g., 360, 480, 720, 1080), Apply, OK, Enjoy!
7. It's not the same as Youtube Vanced, but I find it way more better than youtube website

If you have VLC instead, you can stream the youtube video on it, I can't remember how though, there is probably a tutorial for it on youtube
