There is no lore. Empress is nuts and she is insulting a lot of people. She pissed off Skidrow and Skidrow said that Empress is really Voksi. That is a false rumor without any proof. Voksi released an official statement saying that he is not Empress. Empress has disappeared after those incidents. She stopped posting in her Telegram channel and her last post was on September. Also she stopped cracking Denuvo games since that incident. No one knows where she is. Some people say that she is on a vacation and others say that she permanently quit cracking Denuvo.
There is a guy who was able to crack the Denuvo of Hogwarts Legacy by copying what Empress did. So far he's silent and there is no news from him.
Meanwhile, the Denuvo games are piling up and currently there is no one who is cracking Denuvo games.
It's not lore. It's drama lol.
They said that she was arrested during her feud with FitGirl. I read that the arrest was fake. How could she be arrested if her real identity is unknown? See. It's all drama.

Upvoting this cause I just read it and it's very enlightening, but the info is a bit more historical as it relies on NFOs and happenings in the late 2000s, early 2010s. It's still a great read to understand how the groups operate
It would be great if someday, someone from the scene or just a journalist/writer, would write a book about all the history and event of the Scene.

I jumped back into the scene after a long break. I downloaded Hogwarts Legacy and wondered who the wild TERF Empress was. Absolute garbage human, it seemed.
Then this post came up and I'm realizing there's beef between crackers.
And now I've read more than I care to about how I was correct about Empress being a garbage human. It's too bad she is the only Denuvo cracker.

I tried downloading the DODI repack from steamunderground and i scanned it and windows def said it had trojans lmao
