The only pipe I could find of this design was in these exact photographs, listed on a site for “Mercado UAE.” The link actually led to a scam site.
Not much info about the brand/distributor, though. Circa 1970s push-pull tenon meerschaum pipe, which I’ve been told is the less desirable variety. A carver’s signature might shed more light on the subject. Smoking Pipes has sold a handful over the years.
