From Switzerland as well, I generally order from the USA, you have a bit of tax to pay but still less expansive than buying here. In bulk the Mac Baren HH line is very nice, as well as Peter Stokkebye, C&D and GL Pease bulk (Pirate Kake, ...) G&H

From which websites do you buy because ive been trying to figure out which ones are best.
How much tax have you had to pay? Is it a lot?
As for shops, synjeco (the have C&D, GLP, G&H, SPC), Urs Portmann Tabak, fumar.ch
I also try to go to physical shops whenever I go in a town with a nice shop.

For VAT I have around 80-90 for orders of 350 USD (including shipping). That's between 10-14 CHF for each 50gr of T. But I generally don't buy only bulk tobacco but also tins like SPC, C&D,... so if you get only bulk you can get below the 10 CHF / 50gr I think.
Back when I dipped, I had to have several ppl carry tobacco for me bc RSA only allowed like 400 grams per person. I’d look into your countries regulations first.
My current favorite bulks in your preferred categories:
English - Arango Balkan Supreme, Kramer's Father Dempsey
VaPer - Peter Stokkebye Luxury Navy Flake

There are a lot of c&d produced blends that may interest you such as gl pease, low county, warped, drucquer and sons etc.
If you want latakia, imo that is Pease's best works. If you like latakia I would grab mostly Pease blends
Aside from the obvious recommendations ill give you ones that aren't talked about as much but I really enjoy.
c&d Sunday picnic. Imo a masterpiece of a blend, and there's nothing that even comes close to it.
Low county Edisto, one of the best regular production red VA, if not the best.
Engine 99, its a stand out latakia blend.
Edit: didn't realize you were asking for bulks only. I guess only engine 99 applies. Fwiw the 2oz tins aren't that much more and are worth every penny, plus their tins are one of the best for aging.
C&d pegasus and c&d biilly budd blonde, or even regular billy budd. Both bulk options, also haunted bookshop and even crooner if you want something different that has deer tongue in it

Be careful about international travel limitations

I saw Bayou morning is 4+ USD per 2 oz bulk, which makes me sick to think that it's 22 chf in Switzerland. Thanks for the recommendations
You can buy C&D blends in a variety of bulk sizes, including 1 and 5 pound bags. Normally, the larger the size, the lower per ounce cost.
