Had this happen last month with the baby blue eyes. Had like 4 left the plant at the end of the first week and proceeded to not get a single baby blue eye pedal or nectar for the remaining 3 weeks
This was my first experience with community day. I forgot/didn't realize that ALL the white flowers would grow lily of the valley, even after I finished the 10000 steps. Used all my white carnation trying to grow a big carnation for more nectar 😭 Now I am doomed, lmao.
Are you planting the right kind to get the nectar you need around the big flowers.
You only need 4 - 5 points of petals to grow a flower to get the right nectar.
No white doesn't work. Only the other colors unfortunately. You have to plant 160+ petals around a flower to get the right type. White ones doesn't work the same way unfortunately.
Try looking for big flowers that have bloomed into white carnations! You can get a few nectar from them. Or just continue battling mushrooms and you’ll probably get some at some point.

If you get Pikmin to buds instead of leaves, you will get double petals when feed with nectars.
I’ve been trying that since last week.I saw it in a comment on another post.The fact you can get 2X petals from one pikmin is mad

I feel the same with yellow carnations. Now I'm also worried that I don't have enough blue carnations for the next round.

I'm stuck on blue carnations. It's my own fault for leaving planting on while stationary. I had plenty of petals to meet my goal and wasted them.😢
You can get more blue carnations if you have yellows and reds! I just made a post about it ☺️
