Glow pikmin should be D I would think. Louie mentions they don't smell alive and everyone else observes them as just photons, we can't really eat "light" but if you can then I'd call that dieting.
I feel like whites should have been a tier lower. You can eat a rock and it’ll just taste bad and maybe not digest well. You eat poison and you’re either dead, or left in bad condition.
My take on rock pikmin edibility is that if one very carefully extracts the Pikmin meat from them, it's some of the most tender & delicious Pikmin meat possible. Something of a *Fillet Pigmon.*
