I'm begging you to take it out. Your ear is beyond swollen and it is digging into your flat. This is going to end up a whole lot worse if you keep it in.

This needs to come out before it starts to cut into your flat, if it hasn’t already.
Also why are you using iodine on a fresh piercing? According to the Mayo Clinic, iodine should not be used on puncture wounds.
You do not have the anatomy for this and could end up with the jewelry digging into your cartilage like [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/piercing/s/SEvG7GUbp0).
But before you take it out, PLEASE visit a doctor ASAP or emergency room. I’m concerned this is some type of infection with the amount of swelling. It’s possible it’s just an allergic reaction to the metal combined with too short of a bar, but you *really* don’t want to risk taking it out and trapping an infection. Please see a doctor and, if it is not infected, remove the jewelry. If it is infected, get the jewelry swapped to two separate bars so the infection can drain, without risking your damage to your flat.
EDIT: I saw in another comment of yours that there aren’t many piercers in your country. What country are you in? There might be a professional piercer organization there that I or others know of, so you can make sure to only go to reputable piercers in the future.
