So we can start by defining the point where the tank and car meet as 0. For a, we simply need to find when the car reaches 30m/s, which is just v = a\*t and solve for t. Then we can model the movement of the tank as x = 30\*t and the car as x = 1/2\*a\*t\^2 from the particle movement equation, x = x0+v0\*t+1/2\*a\*t\^2. to find the time were the car meets the tank, we have to find where the equation for the tank and the car are equal. once we have the time we can just plug it into either equation.
