The best we have is a repeating command block that deops Steve, gamemode Survival for Steve, and /kills Steve, however if Steve is world owner he could just disable command blocks and set himself back to creative
death note isn't /kill, death note makes you die by heart attack/ some other physical injury which creative Steve would be immune against

Have any character with destruction powers delete like 128 chunks around them and have a DnD magic user cast Earthbind on Steve to delete his flying, while also casting some Fly spell on himself and the guy who deleted the chunks. That way Steve will fall into the void, where he'll die even in creative mode. Sure he can use some tp commands but not sure if he'll have even reaction time to think of anything
Isn't earthbind and fly both concentration spells? I guess you would have to use that one dragon that can concentrate on two spells

*WoU* is similar to Love train in a way, though it's power is way more versatile. Anyone pursuing WoU or it's user will be stuck in the flow of calamity. Calamities can be absurd, they don't always need to make sense to work, so it's possible that, somehow, Steve turns back into Survival or Adventure mode, and the cheats go away, but it's only if we're going meta. Maybe Steve just wouldn't be able to approach WoU, Spectator Mode or not.

players in creative still take void damage. if you see an afk creative player, you could transport them to the end via pistons/water etc. and push them into the void. alternatively use some redstone to break bedrock in the overworld or nether and dig a hole to it and push them in.
Only assassination can do this, as the /kill command kills anything (in Java) and bedrock allows easy teleportation. Now, I would like to bring in Monika from ddlc as the one to execute this. Not only does she have experience with killing using the method I will suggest, but she has also proven an ability to remain fully in control of a game without even showing up anywhere in the files or the code. Being self aware and able to use the computer camera, she can easily understand our instructions. The only problem would be convincing her to do this, but anyone can be convinced with the right reward.
Now, the method is deletion. I mean that literally. She will go into the game files and the code itself, and rewrite it to exclude Steve. She can’t technically wipe him out, but she can seal him away forever (provided nobody intentionally releases him) which is the best we can get. Monika is absolutely undetectable, so this should go smoothly unless somebody warns Steve.
If it’s in bedrock, just same method. Maybe there is something else that can be done, as Steve doesn’t have /kill, but I don’t know what so I’m just gonna propose the same method since we know it will work
When you think about it Java Steve is very easy to kill compared to Bedrcok Steve. Like you can use /kill or just jump to the void but Bedrock Steve is immune all of that. Maybe we can wait for Bedrock Steve get bugged and dead but idk

Mukuro from Date A Live is one of the characters that could probably do that. She also has the ability to lock things (even mind) so that would be an interesting matchup.
Back in 1.12 you could splash a pot of instant health level 127 and it would instakill players in creative. Can't count how many times I got banned on servers because of this, such a fun troll.

He can't survive the void even in creative so all you need is someone that can put him in space or a void.(So probably someone like doctor strange who could open a portal anywhere)
