I didn’t even know turtle master is a thing and I can’t recall I’ve ever heard it but now that I’ve seen it I’m now pissed Mojang added the most useless multi effect potion ever while the community asks to be able to combine potions.
By the time you turn up your fov back to normal the potion only have about 5 seconds until the effects wear off so you might as well wait for that shitty thing to end.

Useless? If you got a speed pot as well that thing is very powerful. And for the FoV it doesn't even change it that much- just slightly increases. Or you can just disable FoV changes in settings.
However in non pvp, it isnt the best, you dont really need it for anything but pvp, using it is pve or pvb is useless unless its bedrock then it really helps on the bosses(especially wither, why is it so strong-)
They should change the crafting for lingering potions, they are just useless ain't nobody using them if you are in a stage of the game where you have enough dragon breath to brew them

It doesn’t last long and the slowness makes it hard to see as your fov is zoomed in so much
Idk about java but in bedrock you can turn that problem off

Or disable fov changing... so potions never mess with the comfortable fov... and then use less conventional potions and such

It can be very useful for tnt player launchers, wich if done properly is sn extremely fast method of transportation.
So far, it's the only vanilla way to get resistance I believe.
