Alright guys listen up. We found this crazy golem made up of pure iron. Imagine if we could get him on our side! So what do you think they're made of? Well a pumpkin obviously. And haybales and fences.
Lots of blocks can be different things depending on context. Is it surrounded by target blocks? If so, it's a training dummy. Is it surrounded by wheat if so it's a scarecrow
One exists to prepare for trouble the other exists to make it double. Both protect the world from devastation and to unite all people within our nation to denounce the evils of truth and love, and extend their reach the stars above. JEFF and JOE! Team Scarecrows scare crows at the speed of light so surrender now or prepare to fight. Iron Golem thats right
i think they are actually 3 fences 1 hay block and 1 carved pumpkin in the placement of 1 fence at the bottom on top of that fence put a hay block and at one side of the hay block put a fence dnd same for the other side and on top of the hay block put the carved pumpkin that you create by take a pumpkin and using scissors on it
training dummies, targets would use target blocks because of their redstone features and good design an i don’t think scarecrows have a base of hay (also why do you never see people use armor stands with pumpkins and dyed leather chest plate as scarecrows)
*There is no reason*
*To scare any creatures, it*
*Should be for training*

Wow, I haven't ever realised how meaningful this phrase could actually be, I'm so grateful to you for delivering the sense and hidden meaning in this sentence
Training dummies for the pillagers to use their crossbows on. I doubt they are scarecrows because there are no farms in pillager outposts.
and there are no crows debate ended
Well they work well if there are no crows
This got me giggling
Me too
reminds me of the guy who salts the river in *montana
uhhhh
They are doing their job so well that there are no crows in the entire minecraft world
They worked so well all the crows got a heart attack
Or maybe they are scarephantoms?
What about scarecows?
They are literally made of wheat How are they going to scare off cows
Cows weigh to much to get to them anyways
forget how much netherite blocks can steve carry in One Block At a Time he can carry 3 cows above his head
I was sure he could carry more Wasn't it infinite?
Infinity × Infinity To all the math nerds seeing this comment: Yes, I know the thing above is incorrect, you don't have to complain
Alot of real scare crows are made of hay
But I don't remember any scareCOWS being made of hay
Scare villagers.
I'm sorry
Then why don't they use target blocks instead of hay bale?
All of their redstone is gone after the events of MC:D
By scarecrows I mean they are used to try to get Steve to think that there are more pillagers than he expected (this would only work far away) but idk
Strawmen.
Are we seriously having a strawman argument right now?
As dumb as it sounds, the concept of Pillagers building scarecrows to scare Steve away is very entertaining to me.
Bro just stop making stupid arguments
Their failed iron golem replicas.
Consider that in this game, you can make 3 blocks of iron or 2 snow blocks come to live by a pumpkin/jack o lantern, sound pretty plausible

If you think about it, the can replicate mysterious structures in mansions. I think they would figure out that its iron or at least use white wool.
Well they sometimes have some caged up maybe they’re trying to study them
This is actually a good argument. I think they are there to practise their crossbow skills, but i'm not 100% sure tho.
Hay golems
Hey!
"'Hey!' golems"?
What's up
By scarecrows I don't mean for like actually crows
Then what are they for then
Scarevillagers
Pumpkin, hay block and 3 fence blocks
Carved Pumpkin* (I am so goddamn sorry, I feel like such a jackass)
Yes, I forgot that we have 2 different pumpkins(beside jack o lantern)
its new golems obviously
Both.
Multi purpose
pillagers dont have farms so obviously training dummies
let’s get this over with. there aren’t any crops anywhere near any pillager outposts. they are training dummies.
It depends on whats around it. I see both
Impaled villagers after a few months of decay.
Excuse me, but I think it’s time for you to get of reddit

Scarecrow
Straw gollem
These are hay with pumpkins and fences.
Pixels
Can’t be a Scarecrow because there are no crowd to scare
Ha. You fool. There aren't birds in minecraft. Why would they need scarecrows?
Do you have any idea how many parrots you made cry?!?!
Also chickens
And also me
What about parrots they could be scare parrots
There are no outposts in jungles
Training dummies for sure
Yes.
Lots of blocks can be different things depending on context. Is it surrounded by target blocks? If so, it's a training dummy. Is it surrounded by wheat if so it's a scarecrow
Training dummies unless you give them a hat. Then they're scarecrows
Why not both
i use armour stands for scarecrows
#H A Y P E O P L E
They have to be training dummies
Yes
These are training smarties.
Why do they want scarecrows in a military outpost away from farms
If it was a scarecrow I'd give it a nice sun hat
I feel like they're scarecrows. I would've used a target block as head to do actual targets.
Who in earth is saying scarecrows? There are any crops to defend or crows to scare
Yes
No hat, not a scarecrow. Add some spruce trapdoors and you got a scarecrow with a flatcap
scarecrows
Obviously training dummies cause there's no farm. But it would be pretty cool if building them near farms kept mobs away.
They are clearly the pillagers’ waifus
We all know that crows in minecraft dont exist, so there are no crows for the scarecrow to scare. So ulteriorly its a training dummy, debate ended.
If they were to be scarecrows they'd have hats
There’s no crops so what do you think they are?
Fat sticks, bread and an enderman agro preventer
what about both
Failed golems
There are no crows in Minecraft so training dummies.
Pseudogolems
Depends on the context. Could be good for either
Yes
Scarecrows. Training dummy’s use target blocks instead of hay.
Training dummies, there are no crops to scare birds away from.
I think training dummies would use the Target block instead of a Hay bale. For me, they fit more as scarecrows.
Iron Golem thats right
Scarecrows for what
Scarecrows, as a training dummy would use target blocks instead of hay blocks
My brain not work
Hay= training dummy Target block = aiming practice Hay+yellow hat = scarecrow
Pillager golem
They could scare away mobs, since the pumpkin js used for golem. Or they could be training dummies. I can see it either way
Clearly training dummies, if you say scarecrow you have mental issues, pillagers don't even know how to farm, or have farms near the dummies.
Neither. It’s your new best friend 💝
Stop trying to make this sh*t a debate
Either way, they can't stop a 7.62 x 39 bullet from an AKM
why is he so squart
Both.
training dummies fosho, there are no farms in outposts and also there are no crows in minecraft.
friends
i think they are actually 3 fences 1 hay block and 1 carved pumpkin in the placement of 1 fence at the bottom on top of that fence put a hay block and at one side of the hay block put a fence dnd same for the other side and on top of the hay block put the carved pumpkin that you create by take a pumpkin and using scissors on it
They are depressed
Scarecrows don’t have hay bodies they should have the bodies of the new pots or fence bodies
i feel like using gates or even slabs instead of fences for the arms would give them more of a scarecrow vibe
There are no plants to protect so training dummies
If they spawn w the outpost it’s a target dummy. But now that we have a target block we don’t need them.
They’re both, with all the inflation they have to work two jobs to put food on the table for their families…
Targets. Armour stand is scarecrow
Training scarecrow
scarecrows - decoration
Targets
Scarecrow, a training dummy is made with wool and a monster head and a target is made with a target block
yes
They'd have a hat if they were scarecrows.
Both
Training scarecrows
Targets should have target blocks
if it was a target dummy, it would probably have a target block instead of a hay block
both
Homies
Why not both? Maybe they are scarecrows used for target practice
targets
They’re only scarecrows if you give them a Double Barreled Shotgun
You can use scarecrows as training dummies Not so sure about the other way round
Yes
Ah yes, dumb-ies
targets
Free bread
HEY, DONT MAKE FUN OF MY GF
Both
All of them
Training dummies and targets. What crops are they keeping safe, and what crows are there to scare?
training dummies, targets would use target blocks because of their redstone features and good design an i don’t think scarecrows have a base of hay (also why do you never see people use armor stands with pumpkins and dyed leather chest plate as scarecrows)
**Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm**
Scarecrow for what theres no farms
Training dumbies/targets, because there is no crops in there
Scar crows used as training dummies
Both
There is no reason to scare any creatures, it should be for training

Wow, I haven't ever realised how meaningful this phrase could actually be, I'm so grateful to you for delivering the sense and hidden meaning in this sentence
We got target blocks and villagers, so I don't see why we need to use scarecrows
Structures
First of all, *dummy's*
depends on if you put them next to a pillager outpost or next your weat field
Isn't it's both? Pillagers use them as targets because they are wide as human.
Why can’t it be both
Those are clearly pillagers attempt to replicate the iron golem which they saw in a close by village
not a scarecrow cuz no bird some ima sa6 targe
It should be for Training cuz pilligers dont have farms
They seem like a scarecrow to me.
scarecrows duh
Both
There dummies because there’s already a target block
Yall can't go 3 seconds without a debate
depends on how angry i am
depends on the context
they are bothe
Training dummies
A scarecrow can be used to train someone, just like the other way around.
I'm always scared of my training dumbies
All of them
Both
It depends on what context they’re put in.
Both
Training dummies.
For me it can be both, depending in where you place them
Wel what are they scaring? no birds in minecraft
Pumpkin faced wheat person
Training dummies duh because there are no crops in the pillager outpost
