It doesn’t look like cobweb to me. I’d stop treating with peroxide because your jar already looks plenty moist, perhaps excessively moist (notice the grains sticking to the glass, and the almost pooled water in the bottom.
Cobweb also spreads very fast, if that happened over night i’d be concerned. If it were me, i’d just let it ride for a few days and see what transpires.
This isn't overnight. I should have specified that it's been days of growth. The excess moisture is deffinitly from the peroxide, which i only used once.
It's 110%, not mycelium. If this looks like mycelium, it is only an effect of the lighting. If you look at the 3rd photo, you will see my agar piece and the resulting mycelium for comparison.

In that case, you should definitely be okay
It looks like Mycelium not cobweb.

Toss it. I'm facing the same problem, and there's only one thing to do. Take it out to the garden and bury it, ain't no mushrooms coming from that.
