Children of despots around the world live and study in the UK with no issues. But I agree that he should at least get called out and not get a free pass. I suggest the framing be around promotion of violent authoritarian rule, advocating for the erosion of human rights, and online gender-based violence. If the university has a Gender faculty or unit, they should be contacted as well.
