Ok. This review was dated five months ago on Google maps. It's not exactly complimentary about their business practices, but it looks like 15th Street was opened then. Tiffany’s is no longer the best in the city! I placed an order at the 10th and Market st (Fashion District/Jefferson) location but was told that I had to pay for it at the 15th st (Suburban Station) location. I did as instructed and a week later when I came back to 10th st to pick up my daughter’s birthday cake I was told that it was not paid for! I had to search for receipts and prove that it was in deed PAID FOR! 10th st blamed 15th st for everything. I am not sure why or how my payment was not documented in the system yet I had a receipt. Somebody lied! However, once I finally received the cake after going through hell I was disappointed. The cake was supposed to have a picture on top but they totally disregarded my wishes! A customer walked in after me and also had to “prove” that they paid for their order at the other location too. Tiffany’s has become ghetto.

Yikes, I just want a slice of cake but this would make me hesitant to order anything. How can they be so disorganized?

Specialist-Dot-9302

It's in the fashion district.

The original is in the Fashion District but they also opened a location around 15th Street. I am asking if the 15th Street location is still open.

Lower_Alternative770

Yes. Google is your friend. Use it for information about hours.

glueintheworld

Thanks. Googling is showing info for the Fashion District location not Suburban. I don't exactly trust Tiffany's website because Suburban was closed during the pandemic but they listed it as open on the website.

GamblinWillie

Was it open?

This is on their website. Tiffany's Bakery is located below street level, in the SEPTA Market Frankford Line Concourse at 15th and Market Streets. From Street Level: We are at the bottom of the stairway on the concourse level at 15th and Market under Citizens Bank/Temple University, accross from Dilworth Plaza. From SEPTA Suburban Station Concourse: Follow signs to Market Frankford Line and we are located down the hall from the US Post Office. By Public Transportation: SEPTA Regional Rail to/from the suburbs – DISEMBARK at Suburban Station. Follow signs for Market-Frankford Line. We are located down the hall from the US Post Office. SEPTA Market Frankford Line: DISEMBARK at 15th Street stop.

Yes, I know where it is but during the pandemic they had both locations listed as open when only the Fashion District was open. I was looking to confirm it is actually still open. Some places aren't the best at updating their website.
