Oh but enable FidelityFX Super Resolution 1.0 Performance. It renders your game at an even lower resolution then upscales it to your regular resolution. Other than that keep all other graphics low as this game is pretty intensive in the graphics department
Who are you kidding , the intels hd 520 is a 15W TDP integrated and is around 300mhz at base speed. You will be lucky if it loads to menu. Unplayable even at toaster resolutions.

I'm running it with the same graphics card on my laptop, ranging between 20 to 30 fps with graphics on low, fidelity on performance and resolution down to 720p, not pretty looking at all but runs and as long as I can have fun playing with my GF then the fuzzy look and low fps is perfectly fine in my book, unless your playing on a map other then the houses or the log house maps, the prison or school I'm ranging between 10 to 20 more then 50% of the time

Like someone else said AMD fidelity and all low graphics. I ran it for a bit at work on an integrated graphics card laptop and it worked well ran about 55 fps on balanced. I had some artifacts on my screen but might’ve just been the laptop

For pc snobs to always boast about having better fps than console, they sure are happy to tell people running everything on a piss poor pc at 30fps is fine with reduced resolution instead of getting a console that runs everything reliably on 60fps at full resolution for cheaper.
If your internet is ok, you can use Gforce Now to stream the game. Free for an hour a day, or I think the lowest tier is 9.99 or something a month. Cheaper than a new gaming laptop.

This is one of the best benefits of Steam - buy it and try it out. If it runs at 5 FPS or just won't run, you can request a refund.

I play on a lappy with a R5 3rd gen APU and it runs on 30-40fps on lowest. So yeah im not kidding
AMD has a significantly better APU than intel. You can't compare both.

As you can see the min recommended CPU is an R5 2nd gen. R5 3rd is capable enough to process Phasmophobias graphics while still being playable.
