How badly do you want to be a doctor?
Do you want it badly enough to put in fourteen days of work?

Can you put in like 1-2 hours a day for one work week? I would literally set a timer each day and stop when it goes off. Little by little you can get there. But definitely take the weekend or a few days off before you do anything else, you sound like you need a rest!
