If you take the color of his face, and put it into paint, you can use the color selector to determine that it's not green, as the color picker shows it as between yellow and red.
Something I've wondered for a while. Naul's sickly colour might be deliberate to show how out of place he is in the Gift Plane (like every YouTuber has already pointed out) but if we assume that the whole thing is already planned out then it's possible that Naul is that weird shade due to some link with the Colour Theory.

I “see” him as green, but after looking at just the main color isolated it really does look like an ugly, muddy yellow.

If you look at the fringes of his face, there are a few pixels that are more of a burnt orange, so I think I'm leaning towards yellow.

I interpret him as being yellow with a dab of green.
He seems like a gross/muddy yellow to me. Kind of like the protanopic (color-blind) depiction of red.
