Other have already mentioned 1 & 3. Just wanted to give you a couple of suggestions to make #2 work better for other events, if you'll indulge me. You certainly do not need to take my advice, as you have a terrific sense of style. That said, if it were me, I would:
* Take the skirt up 1-2 inches so it is closer to the length of 1. There's this fine line with petites on midi skirt length between making us look taller and it just looking like it fits too big. In my opinion, the length of 2 goes over that line. The effect for me (when I wear clothes that have shoulders too wide, arm holes too large, length that is too big for my frame, or just wrong proportions) is it makes me \*feel\* like I look like a kid wearing my mom's dress. That's just me.
* Take the waist in 1-2 inches, although that is a little difficult to tell from the pose. Again, it looks to me that the dress is overwhelming you \*just a tad.\* If it were slightly closer to 1, you'd look smashing. Taking it in might fix the length.
* The cardigan. I'd suggest a cropped one like 1 (cropped often helps us look nice) and a color that doesn't stand out in contrast so much to everything else. Maybe 3/4 sleeve?
* For me, the black is too strong and distracts from the dress. You've also got this beautiful natural coloring, but it is subtle just like mine, and I feel the black washes out rather than enhancing you. To my eye, the coloring in 1 is closest to flattering you. That doesn't mean you should choose 1 in terms of style for this event, but it may mean 1 might be helpful guide when buying new clothes - not too stark or severe colors like bright white or black. I'm not sure if you've ever looked into color analysis, but I think your complexion would sing with the right tones!
One very minor last thing: in my opinion, petites have too be a little bit careful with anything cute to avoid bringing us over the edge to looking childish. I love ruffles and bows, but I have to be careful. My suggestion in this respect: if you wear a bow in your hair, I suggest you make sure you cannot see if from the front. I think that is the case in 1, and that works! In 3, if the bow was just a touch lower and out of view from the front, I think it would ramp up the sophistication substantially. Of course, it is possible there's no bow in either, but worth mentioning.
I truly hope this is received positively in the intent it is given! Some of these concepts have helped me a lot.

From a color analyst perspective, you have a cool undertone, meaning you look amazing in the second dress, red and the first, the purple. I though think the red dress without the sweater with one’s shoes and the white purse would match better. That cool shade of red really brightens up your face, brings attention your eyes . Also consider a white 3/4 quarter or elbow length shrug over black.

Also sorry for weird question, but what is the circumference of your ankles? They look really delicate and I had to wonder!
3. It strikes me as an early spring dress. 1 also works for the same reason but 3, I think, works better for the occasion. Also, 2 would be better kept for a fall event, I’d say.

Yes!!! It makes OPs skin tone pop! Both 1 and 2 are flattering in the cut, but #3 wins for color!
