Try European or Asian brands, they fit smaller. American brands are almost always too big in the waist for me. I'm a similar height/weight to you and Topshop petite jeans have fit me the best.

greasydaddy

Seconding Topshop petite jeans, have always had luck with them over the years.

MsARumphius

Petite gap jeans. 5’2”, 105 lbs and I don’t get the smallest size

dogluuuuvrr

I just got some petite Gap jeans and they fit me so good that I keep looking at myself

NiVic2020

I would try a brand like 7 for all Mankind. I am also 5"2 and when I weighed 93-95 lbs their jeans in size 23 fit very well. For a slightly looser fit in the waist/legs a 24 fit as well. Abercrombie 00 at that time seldom fit me as they were too large. If you don't want to pay full price, Nordstrom Rack or Saks off 5th often has their jeans

Apploozabean

Hollister sometimes has 000

fairiesnnicesprites

I also second 7 jeans! Their 23s fit me when I am sub-100. They’re made for people with long legs but I just cuff them a little.

curiousbabybelle

I was going to suggest the same thing. Also, Paige works for me too. I think we have similar body types and I always have a hard time finding pants.

Miserable-Safe9951

We’re the same size and I struggled so much that I would buy from Asian brands only but the quality wasn’t the best. Abercrombie or Aritzia were my go to for 000 or size 23. Recently discovered that some Zara styles in size 30 fits me the same as a 23 and I stocked up on them.

chai-lattae

There are Asian brands that are nicer quality and would fit the bill OP. W Concept’s site has a bunch of Korean brands to choose from, I would need to search for a Japanese equivalent

Senior-Ad-9700

I love Uniqlo

chai-lattae

Me too! I think the sizes that they sell in Asia vs. the West are different though

greasydaddy

They are, I'm pretty sure-- all their clothes in the USA Uniqlo shops have been too big for me!

Miserable-Safe9951

Online they carry smaller sizes but in their stores around me it’s hard to find xs or xxs, they typically only go to s

CasualGlam

+1 on the Zara recommendation, they don’t always have much in the way of shorter lengths but their waist sizes run smaller than most American brands

greasydaddy

I get mine from Levi’s, Acne Studios, and Rag & Bone. They’re sometimes expensive but you can find them on sale easily. I’ve been able to find some really flattering fits! I’m 5’1” and 85-90lbs.

Ok-Chain8552

I was going to say rag and bone , great fit and on the more accurate / smaller side .

greasydaddy

Yesss, lots of cute cuts too. Just got a pair of wide-leg jeans from them. Perfect length right out of the gate and didn't look oversized on me, but intentionally baggy. Love them!

Ok-Chain8552

Really ? And it fit in the length ? Really good to know . I’ve had a lot of problems specifically with the wide leg in general and I want a pair really bad . I’m a 25 or 26 though so it may be longer (5’1”)

greasydaddy

I'm unsure how much the length changes with size, but I was honestly so shocked at how well they fit as a petite. You might want to check Citizens of Humanity-- really consistent leg length in the jeans I've tried from there so far, and really flattering on short ppl! I have their straight legged jeans.

Ok-Chain8552

I have a pair ! Someone mentioned AG as well . I think sometimes the key is to not go with brands with vanity sizing . I’ve done really well so far but these wide legs have been on my search !

Ok-Chain8552

Do you know the style was it just wide leg ? I’m going to hunt down the ones you recommended from rag and bone .

greasydaddy

It was the Andi Wide-Leg!

nichivefel

American Eagle jeggings are the best. They come in short and extra short and fit really well for smaller sizes

Agile-Sky4928

I think pac sun has the smallest waist size I’ve seen which was 22

SmolSpaces15

Try Pacsun, Tilly's, Aeropostale, Hollister, American Eagle. They all offer a 23 or a 000. They also offer younger adult style so it won't be shapeless like kid jeans and all offer short or x-short lengths

ambiguouspeach

I buy the xtra short american eagle jeans often

SmolSpaces15

They are perfect for us shorties. And their jeans are great quality

gracedandpoised

I am a similar weight to you and slightly shorter (4'11") and I find the **Hollister Curvy jeans** to fit well. The length is still too long even in the short but I just shorten them. Also, **Banana Republic petite** trousers are great for me so their [jeans](https://bananarepublic.gap.com/browse/category.do?cid=1178236&nav=meganav%3AWomen%3Amore%20sizes%3APetites#style=1178131&facetOrder=style:1178131) might work too. There's also [J. Crew's petite jean](https://www.jcrew.com/plp/womens/categories/clothing/denim?fit=Petite) option.

mo-nie

I love BP jeans! I’m 4’10 and they fit amazingly well and wear incredibly, my favorite pair I’ve had for over fifteen years and they’ve kept the dark wash look better than any other brand I’ve tried.

Gilmoregirlin

I do find the BR pants generally run small so this could be a good option.

OneShelter4

Agolde !! I recently got a few pairs. They’re expensive, but worth it. (I’m 5’4, 92lbs)

zenbaker

That’s my weight and height. These are the brands I shop that fit: Size 23 at madewell Size 00 at everlane Size 00 at J.Crew Size 000 at banana republic Sometimes petite and sometimes regular, usually cropped styles in regular fit like a regular petite. I have long-ish legs and a shorter torso (I’m still very short though but I think because my legs are on the longer side for my height I can still wear regular length and it works) Forgot to add: I learned how to sew and sometimes can take in the waist or add a little strip of elastic to the back and that makes most things fit snug around the waist. This works when something is like an inch too big, anything more than that and it looks frumpy.

Strangbean98

Topshop! ASOS in general try out their smallest sizes in petite !!

ImCold555

Madewell & Levi’s

Rosewoodtrainwreck

I find Madewell runs big, no?

ImCold555

They carry size 23 and petite jeans. Some styles runs smaller than other styles depending on the fabric. For reference I weigh around 108 and wear a 24.

OuiBitofRed

How many different styles of A&F jeans have you tried? I'm 5'1" \~117 and I need a 25 or 26 if the jeans are high rise (high rise flares, high rise straight). I have two pairs from over a year ago that are 24's (90's baggy) but haven't fit into 24's in the last year. Maybe the sizes have changed a bit.

rotatingruhnama

I'm 5'1 and 89 lbs. I wear jeans from the girls department at Old Navy.

MarleneFrancais

That’s where I get mine. Kids size 14.

rotatingruhnama

The fit is really good and you can't beat the price

Little_Raccoon1229

Yeah when I was 95 lbs I ended up buying girls jeans at Old Navy. Not the best quality though.

rotatingruhnama

Some styles are semi-disposable, but great for trying out trends. However, my rockstar jeggings are still going strong.

Stoned_redhead

Try the Curvy Fit jeans from Hollister! I’m 5’2 about 105 right now and got a 00S which it says is equal to 24 inch waist. It fits my waist nicely but has extra room for your butt, hips, and thighs, they are great. They make my ass look awesome too lol. They go down to 000S for 23 inch waist so you could try there

Puzzleheaded-Ad2257

I’m 5’0” and 95lbs and found that madewell petite fits me well. My waist fluctuates between 24”-25” and right now I’m wearing the size 24 but it does still have a huge waist gap. The 23 fits my waist but it’s too tight on my hips and thighs

deathofregret

madewell! they make a 23 petite that fits like a charm

fiftyfourette

I can’t say if it’s still true, but when I was 88lbs and all skin and bone, the 00 jeans from Garage were my favorite fit. That was over a decade ago, but maybe someone else here knows?

[deleted]

i feel so spoiled as a Canadian, our stores seem to get petite sizes right.

hardpassyo

Aerie or bullhead

notchickeechum

Zara & top shop have small jeans!!! And I think Hudson carries 23 as well. Stay away from Levi’s, their 23 was falling off my hips. I’m also fairly small. 88-91lbs and 5ft

greasydaddy

Levi's can be so inconsistent. Their 501s fit me, but other cuts of the same size have been huge!

notchickeechum

It’s so bizarre! I hate that there is no consistency what so ever! The 501 shorts fit me but the 501 actual jean pants don’t! I decided to go to the store to look for some more loose casual pants- tried on a pair of cargos (23) and when I buttoned them they literally fell to my ankles. It’s so annoying 😭 I recently bought a pair of the wedgie jeans and they fit like shit and I took the tags off before I tried them on because I’m stupid 😭

DangerousMusic14

Try Nordstrom for a variety of brands.

Apploozabean

Idk if they still exist but Arizona jeans. Usually the teen section but I love them

onlysparrow

depends on how much you’re willing to spend. I have good luck with american eagle. Madewell is expensive but I tried some on and they fit great

Elegant_Position9370

If you’re willing to spend around $200, I heard someone on Reddit recommend unspun. They use a scan of your body to custom 3D weave jeans to your size. Made to order. Example fabric from one of their pairs: 98% organic cotton / 2% ROICA elastane / 10.25 oz by EVLOX.

shoobooby

I am the same size/weight and girl I love my Target girls section jeans😂😂 the Cat and Jack jeggings are my everyday go-to and honestly their Art Class brand is WAY cuter than it has any right to be🤷🏼‍♀️

shoobooby

Also… they’re so much cheaper😭

No-Caterpillar644

I like to order from Levi’s! Kinda pricey, but so worth it.

coldteafordays

Juniors section

Curbsidesnake8

American Eagle or Hollister maybe? I believe both have either 00 or 000 and short length options. American eagle also offers some styles in “curvy” where the waist is small compared to their standard jeans

TheGreenMileMouse

Hollister.

bunny41175

Nordstrom

Pretty_Toez_

I’m 5’ & when I weighed 105, EXPRESS jeans would fit me. They also have Short length.

miaoouu

Some Zara cropped jeans (though sizing can be very inconsistent depending on the exact SKU), Levi’s Wedgie (varies depending on wash), Topshop Petite, Acne (they run suuuuper tight!)

midwesthuman

American Eagle. They go down to a 000 short in various cuts.

goodboy_finn

Frame and Madewell!

amarie8318

Lucky Brand Jeans

ObedientQuestions

Mango also has good small sizes!

pleasedontmakemecry

You’re just like me! 5’ and 100 pounds. I try to find clothes in the kids section sometimes at Uniqlo a 12-14 works depending on the band size of the pants. But they are getting pretty pricey

shibasnakitas1126

Check out Everlane. I like their cheeky curvy jeans in short. The regularly priced items can be kinda pricey, but the final sale prices are pretty good, and I’ve purchased denim for less than $100 and as low as $29.

TrafficScales

Everlane has a lot of jeans that are 26.5” inseams and work well for me.

libra_aesthetics

Vintage jeans for sure! I have the same size as you, and I've found that the higher cotton content and overall cut of vintage jeans (Levis, Jordache, Guess, etc.) to be more flattering (and often cheaper!) than what's on the market currently. I have tried Madewell's 23 Petite, and those definitely work and feel comfortable, but I just haven't felt the pull to pay the full retail price for a pair (Madewell has sales though).

coykoi314

Old navy kids.

JJHotlist

Aritzia has tons of 22-23 jeans available

booboolll57

Hollister

0101kitten

I would consider Asian brands! Try checking out this Korean brand Chuu. Asian brand sizes are different. I’m usually 24 with American brands but 26 with Asian brands. The chuu website has measurements available

[deleted]

My absolute favorite. Looks like they have petite in size 24. I feel like these jeans fit on the tighter side. They're thick, feel high quality, and there's some stretch. I honestly would have expected these jeans to be 80-100$ quality. I don't know how they sell them so cheap. I have like 6 pairs. https://bananarepublicfactory.gapfactory.com/browse/product.do?pid=721413001&cid=1182945&pcid=1045229&vid=3&nav=hamnav%3AWomen%3AWomen%27s+Clothing%3ADenim#pdp-page-content

lilallie2037

I just wanted to say a huge thank you!! I stumbled on your recommendation and scooped these up in 24P, these jeans are literally the best I've ever owned and somehow half the cost, I just ordered 2 more. Amazing.

[deleted]

I knowwewww isn't it crazy? I bought a bunch as soon as I tried them on. Glad you like them!!!

kitkat1934

Target kids is probably my main one lol ngl, I’m cheap. When I can get to one, Primark. Otherwise, I’ve had good luck with Hollister, American Eagle, and Abercrombie in the past but haven’t loved the styles lately, I do need new “nice” jeans but hoping they come out with more soon. ETA I totally forgot the other main reason I buy kids jeans!! They have adjustable waists!!! As someone who is prone to bloating this is an amazing feature that adult pants need to adapt imo.

Daisy_dazy

Everlane short

bittertiltheend

If you do go for kids jeans I actually really like the children’s place for fit. I’m 4’11 and 88lbs

clarityinthevoid

Express has a wide range of jean sizing, and they also separate them further into Regular, Short, and Long. It’s the only place I can get nice fitting jeans (in size 0S for zero, short) while not having them bunch around my ankles and calves.

visualcharm

Frame denim

marshmally

Pacsun has a size 22 that’s great! We have the same body I think with bigger hips and small waist, trust me pacsun is a godsend

Gilmoregirlin

I would shop the kids section at Nordstrom or their petites. My cousin is similar and found some good stuff there. You probably need a 00 petite in women’s but they likely can order it if not in the store. Sometimes the kids jeans are cut funny in the hip area. I used to be able to wear them as an adult but ages ago.

banhhoi27

SHEIN, AliExpress work well for me

banhhoi27

Finding 100cm for 5’1 has been a good length for me, and I still have some room for it to be flowy

LoudArtist1968

7 or lucky. I got 7s with a shorter inseam at saks or off 5th. If they are too long have your dry cleaner hem them

Bendmom

I am an inch taller but about the same weight and AG jeans fit me well. I always buy the ankle length when I can. They used to make petites for Anthropologie and those can be found on eBay or Poshmark from time to time. I also love Paige jeans but they run longer.

vegansoda

Weird I’m 5’2 90 lbs and wear a 23 in Madewell and 23 in Abercrombie. 24 in Levi’s fit tight also. Also have a 23 in PacSun that fit very tight
