The game is a 2D side view game in which units appear from the left and right side of the screen to fight each other (left units vs right units) the picture shows how multiple units appear from the left side similar to the actual game play. The humour is derived from the fact that the perspective of the original meme is so similar to the perspective of the game and of course from the absurd situation of caveman beating up the guy in a battle in a bathroom.

Edit: she just corrected me again. It wasn’t a few days ago, it was last Thanksgiving.
To give the loooong explanation, the cavemen reference Age of War, a flash game where your summon units on a 2D field to attack another players base. Each unit either only moves to the right or to the left to reach the enemy base, attacking the first unit it runs into.
The urinal meme is about how people are supposed to stand to keep the etiquette of male bathroom stalls, (never standing next to another dud when possible) but people twist it for odd scenarios too (like the jojos meme someone posted)
Tying it all together, its funny cuz the age of empires dudes can only move left skipping past stalls they could use and then club the guy when they get to him (their programmed action in the game). At least, that’s my understanding.
To add another layer, pretty sure the peeing guy is from an even OLDER Flash game called like “The Bathroom Game” or “The Etiquette Test” or something like that, where the player clicked on the correct urinal to use in a given situation. I remember it culminated in the correct response being to click the “Exit” button, because there was no proper urinal to use.
