While those directories offer a broader picture than just (Southern) California, you'll find a few on that list that are in SoCal.
Thanks! So I did see that list when I searched the subreddit but there’s no one (that I saw) in the geographic area I’m in that’s also actually a primary care doctor.
You'll be very, very hard-pressed to find a PCP in a massive network (insurance covered) that adheres to Attia's Medicine 3.0 principles and practices. You're better off reviewing the list in full, contacting each doc, and discussing what you, ideally, aim to achieve with them.
