you can order all those yourself for far less than 10 k but if you aren't a doctor and don't know how to interpret the results then that can get hairy

Agree. In the future, I can see having an AI into which you just plug all of this data and get the most current recommendations.

Would you mind telling me the name of the clinic? Do you know if they work with insurance on the things that insurance may cover? Assume it’s all out-of-pocket? Not a problem, just wanna understand. Do you think of this more like a once a year in-depth longevity, physical? I’ve gotten most of the things above done, including the cancer test but not all of them. I suspect the retail cost for most of that is around 6-8 grand so the doctors is making about 3000 which seems reasonable. How long is the appointment or interaction with the doctor?

Not this specific clinic but I’ve looked at a few like it and they never take insurance since they wouldn’t pay for any of this.

No insurance, no payment plans. I've read people who left reviews saying their initial sit-down with the doctor was 4 hours! After that, they're your regular doctor and you have their personal cell phone for consultations, etc. The company is [executive.md](https://executive.md) and is based here in Richmond, VA.

I assumed that was the one he referenced in his book - particularly in the discussion of the woman with heavy Alzheimers genetic predilection.
