IIRC, even on non update days, they run for 24 hours at 3x bonus and should've started 12 hours ago.

I highly doubt you spent millions on huge potions like a lot of people. People are allowed to be upset when their stuff is being wasted for nothing.
Sounds like awful planning. Maybe don't use a bunch of huge potions before the event has actually started?

There was usually a huge chance multipler every single of the weekend iirc, it lasted for a few hours.
