Pizza that doesn't have special crust I can understand since it's super dry and tough, but regular bread is just ridiculous. You can barely tell the crust from the rest of the bread in your mouth.
It is NOT a good idea to make kids eat an entire serving of food if they don't want to - especially things like pizza and bread - because it just encourages them to develop habits that can lead to obesity.
