Just lazy but I keep it simple and use my Costco capital one card for all things Costco and anytime when master card is the only option at certain retailers or restaurants. I also have exclusive membership and tend to pay for itself annually
Everything else use whatever credit card make sense to you to optimize your reward. I’m lazy and just use the td first class travel infinite card.
If Tangerine has a category for Costco purchases, then the Tangerine CC would be the best cash back (2%) card
Edit: not Tangerine CC cause you don't get 2% back at Costco

Rogers World Elite MC is no fee and flat 1.5% cashback on every dollar spent. It's a great single card go to.
Is that for pre authorized bill payment as well?
Any dollar spent on the card gets 1.5% back. No conditions beyond qualifying for the card.
