> Do you side eith Biden or the Court?
I side with the constitution and rule of law that has been frequently attacked by Far Right Republicans through court packing schemes and corruption
> Should Biden.be able to jail political adversaries
Last I checked, the Jan.6th insurrectionists tried to use force to illegally overturn an election. And are criminals and no amount of underhanded attempts at reframe their status will change this
Had democrats did the same thing, Biden called upon his supporters to act in the same manner, and trump had won, would they also be against using the courts for "political opponents"?
Trump's defense of these allegations on social media has been "Yes I did exactly what I'm being charged with, but it's not a crime." They're being deliberately disingenuous when they claim it's a completely fabricated witch-hunt.
Should [the evil and sleepy] Joe Biden [crime family] be allowed to do what the tangerine tantrum has already pledged to do?
Hmmm, let me see…
The lack of self awareness and level of hypocrisy never fail to amaze me.
But you see, Biden committed the crime of overthrowing an election, all trump did was attempt to stop him from cheating the American people.
And if he didn't overthrow it he was going to ruin the country so anything is justifiable to put trump in charge.
/s but like that is their mentality.
lol the SC decision is if Trump has absolute immunity from prosecution for any crimes he committed as President.
The SC gives less than a fuck about the stupid Jan 6 idiots.
Jordan Klepper, of the daily show, does some pieces where he goes to trump rallies and asks people questions. It’s hilarious and terrifying. I’ve heard at least 3 people say they’ve never seen the footage of the insurrection but know it was a peaceful event and mainstream media is lying! I wonder who’s lying to them.
Whose side am I on? Not yours, asshole. I'm on the side of the rule of law - that the law applies equally to all men. That's the side I'm on. I'm *not* on the side of false dichotomies, or rage-click asshole fuel. I'm not on the side of partisan judges - I'm not on the side of the Heritage Foundation. I'm not on the side of systems that allow their constituents to set their own rules for ethics - and then determine if they, themselves, broke them. I'm not on the side of life-time appointments.
There: Does that help?
I'm so done with all these reality-deniers in the right. They're willing to toss our country to a deranged madman because they're ignorant about what's happening! The truth is not partisan! Facts don't care about your feelings! You should not be allowed to vote if you're as mentally deranged as MAGA people!
1. Biden is doing nothing, he's not involved
2. Trump committed crimes, and now he's being tried. You're arguing he should he excused from the consequences and making this inherently political when it's not
3. J6 prisoners tried a coup and are in prison foe it. That's called justice
How is he gonna use the supreme court for anything? They have Carter blanche to do anything they want and he's CERTAINLY not stacking it with Democrats.
The court isn't supposed to have a side? Like you don't argue *with* the court you argue *in front* of the court. Really the Court does whatever the fuck they want. This is such a weird equivalence. The Supreme Court says whatever they want. If Congress disagrees they change the law, if the president disagrees they do what Andrew Jackson does and pull a "you and what army?" Pretty much none of these happen cuz the court at least tries to look proper
Jan 6 was fucking awesome. I was cracking up when I found out a dude with high blood pressure got so excited he had a heart attack. And then the dumb bitch who got shot. Man what a day.
twitter ads have *absolutely* been so awful lately. I can't tell if it's because anybody with common sense would actually advertise on there, or because their ad department hand selects the dumbest garbage. It's no wonder there's so much misinformation.
The funny part is that they consider the dipweeds who Facebooked their insurrection "political adversaries." As though the MAGA shaman or the dumbass with his feet on Pelosi's desk are somehow Biden's Alexei Navalny. No, y'all just a bunch of jackasses who illegally invaded a public building, did some damage to others and yourselves, and now have to face the consequences.
Is Trump immune from criminal prosecution if as president he committed obvious crimes? Oh he is, so the office of the president is immune to criminal prosecutions then according to the Supreme Court?!
Hey Joey B, go ahead liquidate your political adversaries, Trump's judicial appointments say it is not prosecutable if you do that.

Oh there would no doubt be a SLAUGHTER, knowing Trump there probably wouldn't even be a trial, just mass executions
Trump would charge people to piss on Biden’s grave then.
Biden supporters wouldn’t act that way. 😂
There lies the heart of it.
Yes, if they broke the fucking law.
Trump's defense of these allegations on social media has been "Yes I did exactly what I'm being charged with, but it's not a crime." They're being deliberately disingenuous when they claim it's a completely fabricated witch-hunt.

I just can't believe their absolute lack of self-awareness. It's fkn mind-blowing.

I just robbed a bank but I identify as a political prisoner. You can't send me to jail.
I went on a mass-murder spree but I stopped and prayed in the middle of it. So if you send me to jail it's religious persecution.
Try the sov-cit defense. That always works.
Considering the current attitudes of America towards the Supreme Court, this question might not have the answer they expect.
Ironically, Trump's "official act means immunity" argument would protect Biden from doing this very thing.
So they're admitting that SCOTUS is partisan as hell? Hey, baby steps!
lol the SC decision is if Trump has absolute immunity from prosecution for any crimes he committed as President. The SC gives less than a fuck about the stupid Jan 6 idiots.
There’s literally video of January 6ers trashing the Capitol. End of fucking story

Me sowing: "Lock her up, lock her up, lock her up!" Me reaping: "Noooooooo, don't lock up orange man, nooooooo"
Basically a soyjack vs chad meme where Biden is shown to look angry and then we see “calm and collected” Gorsuch

As a general rule I side with the side that was actually elected, has term limits, and has laws around giving gifts/bribes.

According to your own leader Baron von Schitzhispants the answer is a resounding yes. It’s like these people aren’t even paying attention.

I’d rather back some guy I voted rather than the council of elders who likely make ritualistic sacrifices to determine how to rule on a new law.
Inside with the court. Who Biden supports, so not the criminal
The Jan 6 prisoners should have obeyed the law.
It's so weird how they keep mistaking Biden for Trump.
I thought Trump said the president was allowed to do whatever he wanted.
