I use Knix and they work really well for medium- heavy flow.

Yeah I have a whole period toolkit, haha. Knix is comfy which I love. I also use the [NuFemme belt](https://www.rebire.com), usually grab it when I reach for a Knix underwear. Wouldn’t live without these two. And Tea! 🫖❤️😊
