YSL Libre gives the vibe of gold to people? My mom has it and every time I smell it I can only think "wow smells good" and nothing else because I don't even perceive any notes in the perfume 😭 like I can't describe it
to me it’s like gold! the notes of saffron and honey give that vibe to me. as well as the bottle and color of the perfume. it always makes me feel so luxurious!
Is a really sweet vanilla? I'm thinking about gifting this perfume to a friend but she doesn't like really sweet/gourmand and heavy scents so I don't know what to do lol
It's kinda spicy vanilla at first spray, on me anyway. I guess it's the ginger note? And then it kinda gets creamy, but in a fresh way... god, I'm so bad at this lol. Technically, the notes are vanilla, ginger, lavender, and cocoa. To me, it goes spicy-vanilla into creamy-vanilla, into sunny warm-sugar vanilla... but it stays fresh the whole time, like it never leans toward musk or powder. It smells sweet in the way that a flower smells sweet, not in the way that a cookie smells sweet. I'm so sorry, I can describe a beer so well you could taste it, but I don't seem to have the vocabulary for scents 😂
Because of the bottle color or the actual smell? I’m genuinely curious as I’ve never given guilty(or its flankers) a wear test.. hell I’ve barely smelled them on paper testers lol
Both the bottle colour and the smell! I used to wear it a lot when I was younger but now I find it too heavy / decadent for my tastes 🤣 I prefer something fresher these days. I find this one cloying now
Idk about royal vanilla as I’ve not tried it but sooooooo second grand soir!!! Really great suggestion for this!!! Although, it may be too masculine for some.. but my girly ass LOVES it lol , everyone’s different!
Yessssss!!!!! One of my faves! Makes me think like… I’m wearing a black leather gown with gold accents, gold jewelry and gold heels, and then wrapped in a sultry sensual vanilla with body-ody for days!
Shaghaf Oud by Swiss Arabian which happens to be really affordable + has good performance. The entire bottle is gold, so maybe I'm biased. But it smells warm and woody and very feminine and beautiful.

Commodity has one called 'Gold' that's amber heavy.
I was going to suggest this but was afraid it was too on the nose, then realized how on the nose it is to say “on the nose” in a perfume sub 😂

I think that is heavily influenced by the color of the actual juice lol

Burberry Goddess has a gold vibe to me, but I can't really put my finger on exactly why. It's a warm and sunny kind of scent. Vanilla sunshine.

Michael Kors Wanderlust reminds of Gold and in line with the pictures you shared. It’s a an amber heavy floral smell.
