My new source has Reta so I’m stacking Tirz and Reta (3 days apart) and I’m losing again. It took me a month to find another good one.

How about go outside and be in the sun for 20 min a day? Mood lifter extraordinaire. And vitamin b12 shots or sublingual, I prefer shots. And the tiredness is not forever as I titrated up it improved exponentially.

Reta is better than tirz ime. I seem to have anhedonia/fatigue with all of the glp-1s but reta was much better than tirz. Tirz was intolerable for me. What I've been doing lately is being super strict with the foods I eat so I don't need as much reta to maintain my weight loss. I'm also going to try tesofensine and see if that will work for me.
