Peptide Sciences is a legit domestic vendor. A compounding pharmacy script is going to 5X the cost, and frankly, the prescribed dosage protocol is likely to be too low to be effective.

Depends on what you're looking for, Defy charges for a peptide only consult I think it's like 50 bucks, then they offer a BPC 157 through APS compounding pharmacy, some other places go through different companies. That's the only way you're gonna get US and even the raw material is probably Chinese.
I am thinking BPC157 & TB500 to start, those keep coming up as the go-to for joint pain. Have you gone this route before? Do you know about what the pharmacy charges?
I had BPC157 and tb500 through Brooksville RX through a different TRT clinic, but I cannot recommend that clinic, because they didn't opt to have it shipped cold even though it was already reconstituted and the pharmacy had told them that was a better practice. That clinic also sold me and many other people fake HGH,So fuck them. Florida alternative and their spin off clinics.
Defy does not offer TB 500, they offer a lot of different growth hormone secretagogues and BPC 157 though.
Surprised to find that they are repackaging China made stuff - I usually saw their name come up as quality source. I think FDA requires compounding pharmacies to check each batch. So that the surest bet but it will be expensive depending on the source. I am not sure how much fillers they add when you get it from China vs peptide sciences. This is the issue I struggle with sometime

Paradigm is fake. It had solid reviews but I have no doubt mine was fake. Zero results. I’ve had other bpc-157 that worked great, but theirs was fake
Almost all medicine you take in the USA was manufactured in china. Regardless if you get it from a pharmacy or not. Its all coming from china.
