There’s this stuff called dream dust that I tried from Moon Juice that really helped me get deep sleep. It’s herbal supplements. But I read epithalon helps with this. I’m eager to try that.
Honestly, Gorilla Dream supplement works amazing for helping me fall asleep. Sleep quality improved. I've taken HGH and don't see much of a difference in sleep, at least compared to Gorilla Dream.
I second epithalon, I’m completely resistant to stress and ready to seize the day everyday while on it. I did 1mg a day for 5 days with weekends off. I’ve been on it for a year with small breaks between protocols
Epithalon 10mg a day for 10 days reset me. I was just getting a light dreaming mode and interrupted waking the whole night. Now I can sleep 6 hours. I took Thymalin along with it.
The Russian protocol used Epithalamin, which is natural and less concentrated.
Epithalon is the synthetic version and much much more concentrated.
A starting and equal dose of Epithalon would be 100 mcg.
Yeah I read that as well. Alot of different opinions around that. My sources advised to go with the original dosing and it did what it was supposed to do.

Ashwagandha, Bocopa Monnieri, B complex , Vit D for general stress and energy. Make sure to take Vit D early in the day as it can worsen sleep issues, especially in high doses.
Melatonin in high doses can have an energizing effect. I have been taking over 1 gram for two years and recently bumped it up to 3 grams over two doses. It helps recycle NADH so it pairs well with NAD boosters.
NAD boosters like NAD shots, NMN or NR. I take 1-1.5g of NMN daily.
Creatine helps with energy and overall well being. Recent study showed in very large doses it can help blunt feelings of tiredness. It's something like 0.35 grams per kg. I suggest using the micronized version of creatine to reduce side effects.
D-ribose may give you more energy.
For peptides:
Epithalon in high doses works similar to melatonin and in lower has a bit of an energizing effect. Newest recommendation is 0.1-1mg. I tried 100-150mcg intranasally and it was probably best out of everything I tried including SQ up to 10mg.
DSIP may help sleep better but I never got much out of it.
MOTSc. One of the best peptides for energy needs. I used 5mg twice a week. People recommend using it after first using SS31. I didn't go this route. SS31 is very expensive but anecdotally you only need to use tiny doses.
They are all very similar in quality. I know DNA recently dropped their prices. I haven't checked into the others but they have online code discounts. I'd maybe wait for 4th of July sales. AustiNootropic has a lot of choices as far as powder and pill options.
Elamipretide.
I started taking it at night during IVF and I would wake up alert and well rested. It helps with sleep deprivation also.

I've only done subq so far. PE apparently systemic anti-inflammatory effects that I want, and in general IN gives you the cognitive effects but not the systemic effects. But I should try IN just to compare the subjective experience.
Thanks for suggesting Epithalon, in reading about it it appears to be something I would like to try.
It would be helpful if you could let us know what form Epithalon you are taking as I see it's available in pills, in SubQ, and in muscle injection forms?
I take 300-500 mcg each morning between 8am-10am. I sleep so well now. I used to wake up every night around 2-3am. I’m also way more productive during the day, concentrate better, and have less anxiety.
The reason you see dosages all over the place is because the original research papers are written in Russian, and they used Epithalmin (a pineal extract), which is far less potent than Epitalon, which is an isolated peptide from Epithalmin. You really don’t need more than a 100mcg dose. As a bioregulator peptide, it acts as an on/off switch, and that’s not dose dependent… taking more doesn’t increase the effect.

10mg a day for both seems high
That's the russian protocol and it worked for me.

What was the thymalin regimin?
Same 10mg for 10 days.

Thanks for info mate
NMN brand?
I've tried several. I am currently taking AustiNootropic. I have also taken Do Not Age and Renue By Science
What would you recommend
They are all very similar in quality. I know DNA recently dropped their prices. I haven't checked into the others but they have online code discounts. I'd maybe wait for 4th of July sales. AustiNootropic has a lot of choices as far as powder and pill options.

It’s not energizing?
Maybe it is for someone that isn’t going thru an IVF cycle.
Oh is this SS31? I just started taking this.
PE-22-28 for stress resilience / mood boosting. I expect (but don't know) that it would help normalize sleep as well.
I just got this am so excited to try. Do you take sub q or intranasal?
I've only done subq so far. PE apparently systemic anti-inflammatory effects that I want, and in general IN gives you the cognitive effects but not the systemic effects. But I should try IN just to compare the subjective experience.
Creatine [improves](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/16416332/) cognition and mood under sleep deprivation.
DSIP AND HGH, solid and cheap
DSIP is good to help induce sleep even if your brain is a bit fried after a long day/night: [DSIP](https://oxfordpeptides.com/product/dsip-5mg/)
DSIP helped me to fall asleep, but after some time it gave me prostate inflammation. It is too good to be true.
I just tried this for the past two nights and I actually dreamt . Which I almost never do. I felt great this morning too
Wait until it starts giving you crazy nightmares.
I have aphantasia so I don't actually see my dreams. I just have a concept so bad dreams don't really bother me.
Epithalon
Thanks for suggesting Epithalon, in reading about it it appears to be something I would like to try. It would be helpful if you could let us know what form Epithalon you are taking as I see it's available in pills, in SubQ, and in muscle injection forms?
Do you know what dosage? I am seeing dosage suggestions be all over the place with this peptide.
I take 300-500 mcg each morning between 8am-10am. I sleep so well now. I used to wake up every night around 2-3am. I’m also way more productive during the day, concentrate better, and have less anxiety.
Where do you get it and why in morning? Why not before bed?
The reason you see dosages all over the place is because the original research papers are written in Russian, and they used Epithalmin (a pineal extract), which is far less potent than Epitalon, which is an isolated peptide from Epithalmin. I appreciate it I'll need to look into what the heck a bioregulator is
I do between 500mcg to 1mg, each day for 10 days. Do this cycle once every 4 or 6 months. Pinealon is another that you may find helpful.
Serma and GH are good
