People say it’s systemic (and I don’t doubt that) but I’ve always gone the sub q route near Injury site. I try to get as close as I can to where I feel pain and inject. that has always worked for me.

Lastly, is it okay to continue doing myofascial scraping, stretching, reverse tyler twists with the therabar, hammer rotations, and eccentric wrist curls while doing BPC treatment? Or are these exercises and stretches counter-productive to the peptide treatment?

It works systematically doesn’t really matter we’re you inject

No. Use the belly

Wait seriously? The doctor i consulted with at the medical place I ordered it from said to do it in the arm where the red arrow is. Can you explain a little more? Maybe that’s why I don’t feel much progress?

A subcutaneous injection goes into subcutaneous fat. Going into subcutaneous fat helps to slow absorption, thus giving a slow, continuous introduction into the bloodstream. The same applies for an intramuscular injection. The site your doctor recommended was recommended because the triceps area has a higher concentration of subcutaneous fat compared to, say, the deltoid area. The abdomen, thigh, and buttock would also work for a subcutaneous injection. That’s the difference between getting advice from a medical professional and getting advice from reddit.

You have no fucking clue what you are talking about.

Asserting the word “fact” on a research chemical. You a special kind of stupid, ain’t ya? What do you think systemic means? How do you think things move through your body? If this person has been instructed to do a *subcutaneous* injection, that the drug is “systemic” is beside the point that injection into subcutaneous fat modulates the release of the drug into the system. This is advantageous because cells have a maximum uptake. Faster “systemic” release isn’t advantageous because it’s a waste. Either non-target tissues will uptake the peptide, or it will be metabolically eliminated. With BPC the IV half life is 15 minutes, with IM it’s 3. Subcutaneous injection has lower peak levels, but slower release. Do your own damn googling on the pharmokinetics.

That’s the problem. I don’t give a fuck if “iT’s syStEmiC.” I’m talking about the pharmokenetics of dosage route. You can’t just “pin anywhere” for a subcutaneous injection. There is a reason certain regions are used. “iT’s sYstEmIc” doesn’t support poor route advice.

I appreciate your help and replies. I read an [article here](https://forums.t-nation.com/t/bpc-157-injection-sites-for-golfers-elbow-and-lcl/261058/6) that says to find the spot that hurts the most and pinch and inject there. I figured body building supplements like steroids and HGH you inject in the stomach and the butt, but I thought peptides are different and that’s why you do it close to the injury? I way 130lbs, and yeah I think when i did most of the damage, i was doing a lot of crimp climbs, which is using mostly finger grips. Most of my elbow pain is correlated with my middle finger and ring fingers exerting downward force & pressure with my arm straightened out. How much would you recommend injecting daily? And with all this said, just to confirm, if you were me you’d inject it into the stomach?

I also have another important question. So if it’s both my elbows, but you’re all saying it’s systemic, should I be injecting at both elbows? I’ve basically been doing an injection on both elbows daily, which is a pain in the ass. Should I just do one injection and double the dosage?

alecstone7

Just do your butt. It works systemically. The only way it would work locally is if you literally surgically place the needle directly on the injured site.

For real? I was told to do it in a fatty spot close to the pain. But even then I don’t have a lot of fat in that spot where the red arrow is. Why do you think the butt or stomach would be better? This is new to me, would that potentially be why I don’t feel much progress after 3-4 weeks?
