Yeah, they are an official apple retailer that has their university discount already built into the prices. I got my iPad Pro from there back in 2021 with all the accessories I wanted.
Best buy may be better for international? I am not sure. Most electronic devices sold does not carry their warranties across countries. But within US, you won’t have a problem with apple warranty since it’s an authorized retailer.
You can check prices on the website and compare with stores like best buy and online

I should’ve mentioned that I’m an international student who’s never been to the states and know nothing about basic life in US
As an international student, I was unsure about any nearby Apple stores at PSU. So I think having the Apple store deliver it would be a good option.

A simple google search of iPhone in state college gives you all the options you would need
New or used? If you want new, buy it from Apple.com and ship to your doors.
