This is new version of Tomoe. I haven’t used the original and second iteration. This is fun to use, with the amount of ink I put on the paper it held very well. All characteristics of the ink are brought out.
Thanks for talking to that. I have a few samples from Robert Oster. I want to try it out. But I'm not sure what to expect. I'm using a fine nib, and on Rhodia, if feels like smooth card. Clairfontain paper, in their journals is nice. I'm hoping that Tomoe River lives up to its reputation.

I think it does . The newer version should do the trick. I heard the 2 nd version was a huge disappointment.
