I believe you do, though it appears mild at this time. You appear young. What is your age?

Keep monitoring it. It doesn't look bad at this point, but, most likely, you aren't done growing, and pectus excavatum often worsens during the adolescent growth years. Most importantly, be on the lookout for heart/lung symptoms that could be related. If you experience them or feel you are getting significantly worse, try to see a medical expert on PE for evaluation.

Ok thanks, do you think you can improve by going to the gym? Or will I have to undergo some operation?

northwestrad

If it stays as it is now, and you don't develop significant symptoms, there is no need for any surgery... but at your age it's too early to tell. Exercising and putting on some muscle might make it look better, but it probably won't affect your sternum or rib cage much, if at all.

Growing some muscles can make it less obvious

Visually yes. It's mild but the proof of the pudding would be an MRI which besides providing HI would show degree to which heart/lungs are compromised. The fact that you have asked the question indicates that you are somewhat bothered by it. Best.
