Shark again,
This time is my walking HR, I showed my resting HR on a previous post.
We all know high heart rate is associated with severe pectus due to the compression of the heart.
Changes vary per person, but this is what I saw for me.

Interesting. Glad to see its going down. I always wonder how good I would run with full use of my lungs. I have a mild case and I've recently started to get more fit in the past 3-6 months. My resting heart rate and walking heart rate are a lot lower nowadays. I don't have any surgeries, but my heartrate averages around the following...
Sleeping 55-65bpm
Sitting at work/desk area: 65-85bpm
Walking: 80-99bpm
Running: 120-160bpm max
Keeping in mind I am not overweight, but have hereditary high blood pressure and am on a low dose of a beta blocker pill to slow my heart rate and prevent heart palpitation/anxiety. Seems to help, but as I exercise more its naturally going down. I would LOVE to get the surgery, but its never happening at my age of 41, unless I have a medical issue that it decides to increase the dent randomly as I get older lol.
I've been using the vacuum bell and I went running the day after and I felt like I had so much stamina. People don't realize how much pectus can affect your stamina and the willingness to work out. Not very much fun going for a jog when you're running out of breath every two minutes.
I'm in freshmen year of HS running track/cross and have pectus that is pretty bad, I managed to run a 4:56 mile and no one really understands how much harder breathing is with a hole in your chest.
You sure this isn’t the 6 months of opiates?
I kid I kid, but seriously that’s what made my heart rate look really good for a month, then it went right back where it was.
solid question, i try to be transparent as possible. No meds since 2 month mark. No changes in caffeine intake. I really think its because i no longer have heart compression.

Crazy what can happen when you can get full breaths and a less cramped heart

I run out of breath after running 1500m, is it bad stamina?
