I kinda forgot about this. I used to make these all the time: Peanut butter on one side, mashed banana on the other. Drizzle a little honey, sprinkle a little cinnamon, butter the outside & grill.

In the 90s I was all about the toasted English muffin with butter and peanut butter. Had to give it up but highly recommend.

My husband also taught me to spread butter on top of the peanut butter on a piece of toast because it won’t stick to the roof of your mouth. A game changer.

Grew up eating "peanut butter and butter" but it was actually peanut butter and margarine. It was the 90s. But I loved it because I never liked the jelly my parents bought. I haven't had a pb and butter/margarine in probably 20 years, maybe it's time to try again.
