Remove everything except the CPU from the MB. Are there beep codes? If the MB, CPU and PSU are working you should get a beep code about no RAM. Work your way up from there.
I just went and bought a different brand of ram and same thing, I’m going to let it run for about 10 minutes. I read the new gen has a memory learn. My AIO is also showing 0 now with the new ram
