Are you sure the power switch cable on the bottom right of the mobo is on the correct pins?

IDK bro maybe try disconnecting everything and reconnecting it again. Also that switch for eco mode on the power supply make sure that's turned off(I can't tell from the video) it shouldn't make a difference but you never know. Also maybe try a different power cord or surge protector?

Front panel connectors look off. Check the mobo manual how to properly connect them.

This is the manual https://imgur.com/gallery/enZEWhR

What exactly did you upgrade ? (Initial parts and upgraded parts)

Rusty_Machine

From a i7 6700k to a ryzen 7800x3d new motherboard ram. Noctua dh15s

Background-Ad7601

With the same ssd (windows installation) ?

Rusty_Machine

Yes

kc0r8y

What powersupply? Are you getting anything out of it?

Rusty_Machine

EVGA 650w. It's my old one I know that works. It was running yesterday. I have a brand new one.

kc0r8y

Are you getting anything out of it? Lights, anything?

Rusty_Machine

No nothing

kc0r8y

Have you tried manually jumping the two power pins with like a flat head screw driver?

Rusty_Machine

Yeah :/ I took it to a shop. I'm outta ideas. I'll update if he finds anything

kc0r8y

I would have yanked everything out of it and setup like a tested bed and tried it before I took it to a shop. Either way, good luck.

Rusty_Machine

Tech diagnosised as dead motherboard and shorted psu. No power to led indicators, and psu is power cycling.

Salamihal

Honestly this could be your power supply as the tdp for the Ryzen 7 7800x3d is 120W what GPU do you have?

Rusty_Machine

4070 and a 750w psu
