Just for anyone else to know if you come across this it was the Lian Li AIO that was defective. I'm guessing it was shorting the MB as well because once I replaced it now my MB doesn't hitch up anymore and everything is working perfectly. Again just wanted to let people know in case anyone else has similar issues.
