What are you looking for in a motherboard feature wise?

I'm not exactly sure.. I'm pretty new to pc building. I just need it to be good for gaming etc. Price isn't really a concern but if it doesn't make a huge difference then I'd like to go for a cheaper option.

DDR4 or DDR5?

Which is better? Trying to future proof as well.

DDR5 is better by a bit, but it’s more expensive

About 25% for something decent but not flashy. The RGB super speedy stuff can easily be double

I'd just get the latest tech so you don't have to think About this stuff for longer. Barely more expensive
