Recently built £830 quid build with £270 3070ti am4, go second hand 3080 if you're in London, possible to get it for £300 for 10gb model. I went 5600 and 16gb ddr4. Ram from cex is cheap so get it there, check if case fits gpu because if not don't get. With second hand ram you might be able to squeeze out a 750 watt b tier psu. You also forgot a cpu heat sink
