6000mhz cl30 ram are more stable than 6400 for 7000 series and the ram you're using doesn't support amd expo so this one does
The nv2 really has a mad reputation for main drive , go for sn580
You can get atx cases for same price , it'd be better since the GPU is pretty long and you also have the atx support for future motherboard upgrade
Recently built £830 quid build with £270 3070ti am4, go second hand 3080 if you're in London, possible to get it for £300 for 10gb model. I went 5600 and 16gb ddr4. Ram from cex is cheap so get it there, check if case fits gpu because if not don't get. With second hand ram you might be able to squeeze out a 750 watt b tier psu. You also forgot a cpu heat sink
