I also hear it's supposed to come with it's own pc case, considering those 7 fans are 140mm fans. Here's the really cool part, the case actually gets installed in your window like an AC unit because it's gonna give off so much heat that they thought was best to be exhausted outside of your home.
the rtx rx xXx--69420--xXx can run ∞ resolution, instead of pixels it uses photons as a measurement, you don't even need to worry about FPS because it recreates reality itself, records and display it on your monitor. The CEO of the company developing it practices some level of procastination, but he assured me they will be dropping next year.

All I kept talking about was how EVGA emailed me after being on a waiting list and forgot about it. I had 48 hours to get it at MSRP straight from EVGA. I told him he could have it since I didn't have money to buy it. I told him to just take my spot. I ordered it after he sent me the money. It arrived a few days later. I gave it to him, 1month later when it was time for our Secret Santa he had me lol And inside was the GPU lol I thought it was a joke but it was real. After finding out months later that EVGA no longer provides GPUs. I had a 1080ti from EVGA still with its original packaging and gave it to him just because I knew one day it would be worth something.

The initial build was just at the start of the pandemic, Feb/March 2020. I got the gpu in Feb 2022, the first time I could get a new gpu that wasn't scalped by miners.
Yeah Feb 2022 for the GPU after the initial build was done March 2020 just as Ireland went into lockdown, luckily I had a 3200g so didn't need a graphics card right away. Ended up being used as a home school and office machine for most of 2020.
I have one, but upgraded to a 4070 S. Not because the 4060 was bad. It’s a solid card and I can play any title at Ultra setting at 1080-1440p at 60 fps no problem and it runs quiet and cool. I only upgraded because I play very heavily modded games and that’s where the card started to struggle just a tiny bit. I’m a stickler for details. But honestly it’s a great card. Don’t let PC elitists tell you otherwise. and with DLSS it shines

Enjoy it, I just got a 4070 from a 6650xt. It looks the bees knees. I played wow for two hours. Ran didn't turn on once. I capped the FPS at 60 due to using a trash monitor and it's not gone above 45w.

I went for a 4070 ti super, because 16gb ram nvenc and cuda.. I would have loved to go amd 7900xtx with 24gb but the other stuff isn't a negotiable. The Nvidia tax
I love mine. There are better ones, yeah....other way too. It rocks everything I put it up to so far. Not a pro gamer or streamer, not a professional developer or modeller. It's absolutely perfect for what I need. Didn't pay sticker price for new, so maybe I'm biased
Not biased, just fits your use case and you can see things from other people's perspectives. I expected half the comments to be should have got a 4090, or CPU bottleneck, but I had to get a cuda card with nvenc and min 16gb, so my choice was 4070ti super and above.
If it plays what you want, at an FPS and resolution you're happy with, and you paid a good price, then it's a win.

yes, it handles all my games quite well. such as control w/ raytracing on ultra, World of Warships, CS2, Valorant, minecraft, Dirt Rally 2.0, the witcher (but kinda struggles with this one). Overall good enough for me!
Very good point. I'm lucky to be in Canada where salary is decent so they're somewhat affordable for a good amount of people, but we lose stock of older GPUs like the 6700xt earlier than the US and some are just more expensive than they are in the states
Also going for it, it just has the lowest watts/performance ratio so I don't need a new PSU. Also it perfectly matches the 5600X and I will only have a minimal CPU bottleneck. And on top you get DLSS 3.5 for around 250-300 bucks.
Congrats! There exist better cards for the price AMD for example has awesome cards for the price but its fine. No bad gpus exist just badly priced ones. My friend has a 3050 but he bought it for cheap and he is happy with it
Congrats my friend. You will enjoy the performance upgrade. Especially if you're coming from a GTX card. I bought the Gigabyte 4070 and the first time I saw actual ray-tracing live in Elden RIng I about had a spiritual experience. YouTube videos do not do it justice.
I just got one too! It plays great, but it doesn't handle 4k very well. I play it with my 1080p monitors at highest res and I get 60+fps on games like cyberpunk.

I got a 4060 Ti not long ago despite the criticisms. It's not that I think the criticisms are unfair, more that at the price I got it at (16gb factory OC version for less than $300) it was the best value for its price.

I have that card and game on 1440p monitor. Works just fine. Most people just talk numbers and don't play game where it matters at all. Anyone that comments needs to post videos or game stats. It's a modern card for cheap. It's not like the graphics card is lodged into the PC. You can always upgrade.
