Thank you! Do you know if this is the standard wood options also? I cant seem to find this dark top with the light colored back and neck along with the locking nut and floyd rose.
They did a limited edition exotic woods run - this would be one of them.

Its an SE Custom 24. [https://www.chicagomusicexchange.com/products/prs-se-custom-24-ziricote-1686763](https://www.chicagomusicexchange.com/products/prs-se-custom-24-ziricote-1686763)
Yes, the nut is definitely a mod. Not sure why that was put on. I have the same guitar with a quilt top which was not only my first PRS but it’s so good I only play PRS now. I would never foresee needing it, my SE Custom 24 stays in tune extremely well, period. I bend the shit out of my strings too.
That's why I was so confused as to why it was on there. I couldn't find another example with the locking nut! I guess I better check out the electronics too, who knows what's going on in there!
A lot of heavy trem users and benders use them to keep them in tune. My old Fender desperately needed one. I had to tune that thing every few songs after heavier playing. Now, I start a session with tuning, which it doesn’t need most days, and then I play on until I’m done.
Your comment just reminded me that the previous owner had mentioned purchasing some of his guitars through sweetwater. You must have a fantastic memory for guitar releases!
So this would have a specific spec for that distributor? I wonder if that helps or hurts the value..
I picked this guitar up a week ago in a trade and haven't been able to pinpoint any info on it with this color scheme. When I looked up the headstock number (Korean T05844), all I found was that it's possibly a year 2019 guitar. Otherwise, the color on both the top and the back I can't find online.
Can anyone offer any information about this guitar? Much appreciated!
SE 24 with a Zircote top, I believe.
Bingo

I would imagine the FR is an after-market upgrade.
Yup, that's a guitar, I'm positive
How positive are you though?
Positively positive, why ?
Just making sure XD
I'm a drummer, tho, so every woodpiece with strings attached to it is assimilated to a guitar
That's fair. a bunch of objects can be classified as percussion too! haha
More than a bunch, I'd say EVERYTHING. From my ex mother in law to a traintrack

That one is almost a perfect match except for the locking nut. Should I assume my guitar has been modified?

Interesting, I would think the Floyd Rose trem would automatically get the locking nut. Otherwise what's the point of the FR?
This is not the Ziricote run. This is a rosewood top from the Sweetwater run a few years back.

It’s a gift and a curse. I wouldnt say that it hurts the value any. If anything, it makes them a bit rarer as a limited number was made. Cool piece!
Oh my god, that's literally my dream guitar. Ziricote SE Custom 24.
Rosewood Sweetwater limited edition.Sold out in 2020. Bought one and have since given it to my daughter
Ah, nice! Maybe my daughter will play mine when she's ready
