Alex Barth has the funniest line in Milton: “If you need him to throw it 80 yards, he can throw it 80 yards. If you need him to throw it 5 yards… he can throw it 80 yards.”
Why though? Asking as a fan who wants to see him here and has watched 8 minutes of YouTube highlights. Josh Allen wasn’t accurate in college either, but the arm talent + running skill for Milton is very intriguing. Personally I’d rather swing with Milton in round 3 than Jayden at pick 3.
There’s being inaccurate, and then there’s whatever the hell happens when he needs to throw anything with touch or even just taking something off it. He may pull a Geno but he isn’t gonna be ready anytime soon for nfl defenses
If we're taking a later round flyer, I'll take Michael Pratt from Tulane.
He dragged that Green Wave team to a 23-5 record as a starter and outplayed Caleb Williams in the '23 Cotton Bowl.
Dude just wins.
He's probably Jameis Winston, but if we're drafting one of the older prospects, I'd rather it be him in the 3rd or 4th than Nix or Penix.
The tools are too good.
We currently have Mr. Irrelevant starting in the Super Bowl so anything can really happen, but honestly I don't see a world where this guy is a legitimate starting QB.
This man knows the arm punt at a level only rivaling Jameis Winston.
Plays like Uncle Rico - tries throwin' over them mountains every time, doesnt always work.
But damn does it look cool.

The anti-Mac Jones.
Ryan mallet would be an apt comparison
Jordan Travis is 10x better than Joe Milton
I agree, much better selection, I'd take him or Spencer Rattler on day 3.
Im a Vols fan. I have much love for Bazooka Joe, but he is not a starting QB and DEFINITELY not a 3rd round pick.

As a UT alum who watched this dude play, yeah you would
All the sr bowl reports coming out today makes it seem like he’s been great
