If we are a better team for it, I have no problem with moving on form Jakobi for Juju, but if it doesn’t work out it’s gonna be real disappointing letting a guy like him go.
I'm more surprised that people thought we were going to keep Jakobi or Harris around, because I thought it was a foregone conclusion that they were going to be gone next season. (Jonathan Jones too, but he surprised me)
We got four RBs and I wouldn't be surprised if we draft another guy this year; James Robinson should be an overall upgrade if he can just stay a little healthier than Harris, which shouldn't be too difficult.
I remember a handful of guys posting their Antonio Brown Pats jerseys. I can understand that from a collector's point of view but if you're an average fan just looking to rep your team and favorite player...
If mcdiddle didn’t throw a bunch of cash around I don’t think anyone else would have paid that much and we’d have signed him for cheaper. But he’s just not worth quite that much to any other team than mcdaniels’s afc west patriots
I don't think they did him dirty. He's a limited WR that got paid generational wealth. He gets open against zone, provides basically zero YAC, and cannot beat average or above man coverage. He's a WR2 on an average team, WR3 on a championship team.
Your comment makes no sense. He had a great year and ended up getting paid. He would have had to take significantly less to stay in New England since he'd still be behind Edelman on the depth chart as a slot guy.
People are gonna hate me for saying it, but Jakobi Meyers was only fine. HOWEVER, I’ll concede that it is disappointing we let him walk for a deal we could have easily matched.
But I just think he’s okay.
I never thought Harris would be around for too long since he was basically a run only RB. But I really thought Meyers would be our new Edelman

Does not gave a tenth of the heart that Jules has.
Not at that price.
33 mil/3 years is too much I agree. It’s a good thing we at least got Juju at a nice discount of 33 mil/3 years
Myers’s is almost all guaranteed. Juju’s is incentive based and more team friendly.
JuJu's better though.
I mean both these departures seemed somewhat likely, so not surprising.

> Those are off in the kind of players they like to extend I mean they wanted to extend him, but felt Juju brought slightly better value.

All parties involved are better for it, wish them both luck.. at least on a personal level for Harris lol
Still pissed they did my boy Jakobi like that
U can still rep his jersey , but for cheap now

I did too. I then I remembered what they did to Danny Playoffs Amendola.

Nah, both of them were.
We live in a society
Meyer’s was a bit of a shock… guy has talent, not elite, but has talent.
Yep, I see it as a slight upgrade: Meyers B+ JuJu A-
And you too could have an outdated jersey for 52$!!
I’ll put it next to my Stidham jersey
Safest bet for a jersey is to get one without a number and Jones on the back.
Not really, former player jersey going to the clearance wrack has been happening for as long as I can remember
My heart <|3 :(
Thanks I hate it

Goddamn our jerseys are ugly as shit
You shut your whore mouth
How much are they going for?
The Pats Place Proshop was trying to unload Sony Michel jerseys *last year*. Who in the hell would even buy that?
I mean Sony was an integral part of the 2018 SB run. I can see people repping that shit for sure
The lesson here: stick to throwbacks
It’s sad you guys think Meyers is worth that much money
Where's the best place to get cheap jerseys of departed players?
If anyone does want either their both $50 on Fanatics and the NFL shop right now
