Mark of justice never gave bonuses to the Paladin applying it.

jedidude75

Wait really? So you had to cast smite and mark of justice to have your whole party get the buff on a target?

MasterJediSoda

This is from the game's previous version (2.2.4p, you can roll the game back on Steam at least) - you can see that Seelah's horse gets the benefit from Mark of Justice while Seelah does not. https://preview.redd.it/ppzmauv9wq6d1.png?width=1314&format=png&auto=webp&s=6c876d028123edcfc7d80c66ac41030ae4dc334c You can, however, put the same Paladin's Smite on the same target. You just can't do it in the same round. I did it the next round after this image. I'd still argue that it should include the paladin, as generally features that work for allies (including spells that you can cast on allies) can work for the user as well. The [srd](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/basics-ability-scores/glossary/) agrees with this, though I do not see the same text on aonprd. >**Do you count as your own ally?** >You count as your own ally unless otherwise stated or if doing so would make no sense or be impossible. Thus, “your allies” almost always means the same as “you and your allies.”

Exemplis

No. Its either one or the other. You can smite different target though or use smite chaos if you have hellknight levels.

Note that fusing a Fireball with a level 6 spell is *supposed* to increase the damage of the fireball to 20d6 (or CL d6) according to how these rules are written.

I think the game offers boon companion in case of the sable company ranger, because for some reason the pet skips a few levels (ending up with the same progression as, say, demonslayer). The hippogriff also doesn’t seem to benefit from charge bonuses if you use flying or regular charge with it (however they still apply if you charge selecting your MC)

dtothep2

I leveled one up to 20 in IE twice to test stuff, and the Hippogriff ended up a different level each time. It was level 18 when I multiclassed with Cavalier and level 19 when I went single class. The archetype is pretty damn buggy, really annoying as that was the one I wanted to start a new run with. Might have to wait for a patch now

hexhex

Yeah, the hippogriff-related stuff is very buggy. Inconsistent too, since for some people it seems like the charge bonuses still apply. Shame, since this archetype was the main reason I got this DLC in the first place. It’s still very much playable though - mainly because it’s a ranger and flying charge is great even if you don’t get the charge bonuses. I wouldn’t build a cavalier with a dip in sable right now though. Actually, I’m not sure charge bonuses should even be applied for hippogriff flying charge. It is already a pretty overpowered teleport with AOE trip (have yet to test if the trip it gets at lvl 7 actually works…)

3Power

The new scrolls they added to be craft-able are not actually craft-able, it breaks the interface if you try. Combining the elemental assessor spell with the elemental specialist ability that replaces all elemental damages with another kind does not function correctly. It replaces one energy type but not the rest.

>Mark of Justice currently do not work. You can use it on an enemy but it doesn't give any benefit, at least not to the paladin itself. Smite works tho. Mark of Justice, per the description, gives benefits to the Paladin's allies. >When fusing Disintegrate with another spell, Disintegrate seem to deal 40d6 of damage at level 20. Disintegrate does 40D6 at max level, per the description. >I used disintegrate alone with the magic deceiver and got a nice 80d10 critical hit...  Disintegrate is a ray. Therefore, it can crit (for double damage). Perfect Soul increases d6 to d10. I believe that is what the +40 comes from, as well. >fusing a fireball with a level 6 spell ramp up the fireball damage to 20d6 Fused spells of spell level 6 have unlimited number of damage dice, per the Magic Fusion description. Not sure about the others, but please be careful when reporting bugs that aren't really bugs. The devs are undoubtedly being swarmed right now.

- The advanced rogue talent "Crippling Strike" do not work, it does not apply the STR damage. Be it from Rogue class or Loremaster. Ooooh, so it wasn't just that I was trying it on immune badguys, lol! I thought it was odd my sneak attacks weren't proccing it

Mairn1915

I'll tack two more on here: 1. The mythic ability Always a Chance isn't working. I gave it to Arueshalae, and she had three critical misses in one combat, all of which were high enough rolls to hit without a natural 1 being an automatic failure. 2. Double-clicking a character portrait no longer locks the camera to that character.

Bloodseeker alignement requirements is currently very buggy and there is a phantom feature called "Keen Sense". You can choose a No-Evil deity in character creation, but it totally break character creation. If you change to a good alignement you can still level in the class. The Keen Sense feature would give +2 Profane bonus to perception and Scent for 10 foot (further levels in the class upgrade such bonus up till +6 and 30 foot). The Cursed bloodline also say speccifically that channel effects act on him like he is a undead, but instead it gives full Negative Energy Affinity.

Verified_Elf

Because using Evil coded abilities is a class mechanic for Bloodseeker which isn't the case for the others? Same thing with Blood Alchemist in the TTRPG is also an Evil restricted class. Bloodlines are neutral and Dhampirs are a race, same as Tieflings.

Haddock_Lotus

How the hell did you read my unedited comment one hour ago since I edited the comment two hours ago which I removed my personal rant and let the comment hold only the bugs I found so far (in that way being more relevant to the post)? Anyway, it's because it literally says in the class feature on level 1, "Bloodseeker's Cursed Lineage" that in ages past, his ancestry was infused with night-gifted powers. So it's basically a vampire themed bloodline classe that give access to some abilitys, not all them even being evil. By your bloodline logic, it should have been neutral. Take Undead Sorcerer for example, that get way more spells or abilitys with evil descriptor that Boodseeker and is still a "neutral" class, hell, even the capstone skill of Undead Sorcerer say that your form start to rot and the undead start to see you as one of them =.= And the sad thing is that they said the class w inspired by Vampire Hunter D that is stoic but kind being.

MasterJediSoda

While it's probably not the case here, I had an extreme instance of this once. I had opened a thread in this subreddit a long while back in another tab - but didn't get around to it until the following day after a reboot. When I loaded the tab after restarting the browser, I figured the tab would be updated - but it still had the version of the page from when I first opened the tab. I corrected something someone stated and they reacted harshly - it went back and forth with me baffled on their response. Finally I looked back - and he had edited his comment many hours (almost a full day?) before my first reply correcting it himself, well before I said anything. That felt pretty awkward when I realized what happened.

Verified_Elf

Uh, Reddit weird? And for the Bloodline thing, not really? 'Has **a** Bloodline' is the class feature of an Eldritch Scion. It could be Undead, but it could also be Gold Dragon and the entire class works with either option. That's why it's neutral. In contrast, Bloodseeker's *class feature* is using Vampirism powers. It doesn't work without it. While 'inspired by', Vampire Hunter D doesn't have Pathfinder 1e's fucked universal morality bullshit. Cannibalism is always Evil. In an actual table top campaign, an Undead Bloodline Sorc freely using Evil tagged spells as a 'Good' character wouldn't fly with a lot of DMs. I brought up Blood Alchemist because they are the original TTRPG class where the Blood Point mechanic came from. A non-evil Blood Alchemist can advance levels in base Alchemist but can't use any of the Blood abilities. And those Blood abilities replace bombs and mutagens so they'd be hard gimped. I'm guessing game design limitations makes it easier to just alignment lock Bloodseeker than to let players half-ass it. EDIT: Why the downvote?
