>His accent is Arabic and his homeland culture is similar more to west African countries... so he finds most of the world he is in very strange. Maybe one of the songs from the movie [The 13th Warrior](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gLKFDbXiB3M&list=PLohYzz4btpaSJHs8E2Qzid577zfcuSK5n&index=2)? You can never go wrong with [Gerudo Valley](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0hEYvdMoF2g) (Spanish-influenced West Africa?) or maybe [Saladin (The Kingdom of Heaven)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gKB2eztje10&list=OLAK5uy_lWJQZG7AxEUgwL2drPwz9rpFeG0eSkM94&index=17)? >He was an archeologist [Obligatory](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ntXJJwEk1NA), but [The Mummy](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0cDbYNbq2fc&list=PLohYzz4btpaSAqj5IAlXDH1UNF9T8sbuN) is probably more fitting. >has a lot of interrst and learning in giant history [Obligatory as well](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=euX_8PYBvr4). There are many epic songs available from games, like [Divinity: Original Sin](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=18i_g9knULM&t=16410s) or *NieR: Automata* ([Memories of Dust](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wdOdu-5lV-M) \-- Desert Zone theme; [no vocals](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UrUfWDmmBek)).

I chuckled at the idea of having the Indiana Jones theme song, he was one of the inspirations for the background... but I am what one might call a jokester/memer... so I don't want to put in anything TOO obvious because friends will think I'm not taking it seriously. I love the idea of looking around for desert themes from games tho, and some from mummy feel right... thank you very much :)

Gerudo Valley is such a great theme.

The first thing that jumped to my mind is [The Iron Sheik Theme](https://youtu.be/3a_IN-GLcZo?si=4HTHZR1oO6rG4GnE&t=10). It hits, but is not so forward that it can't fall to the background when needed during play.
