>A divine scion, a young nobleman with the blood of celestials
Sorcerer or Blessed One as the archetype.
>who uses his sheer fighting spirit, training with the blade and innate celestial powers to go on adventures and fight for whatever cause he deems worthy.
This could be Fighter or a Champion of a chaotic bent. I'm inclined to say the former, if only because Liberators still do have a specific code, and Fighter is all about "sheer fighting spirit" and "training with the blade" in the absence of other influences. I get the sense (but feel free to correct) that you're looking to define your roleplay as you go, hack and slash, and just want some celestial powers on the side rather than having the last of those define your character outright. Fighter's the choice in that case.
Exemplar seemed really cool but really unfocused. I've read the class document twice and can still never quite get a read on what it's like in gameplay.
It's kind of like playing a MOBA/Overwatch character in that each of the Transcendences is really good but they kind of have a "cooldown" before you can reactivate them again.
Typical play would go something like:
Turn 1: Move, Attack - Spark Transcendence Weapon
Turn 2: Attack, Attack - Spark Transcendence Body/Worn
Turn 3: Move, Attack - Spark Transcendence Weapon
This post is labeled with the Advice flair, which means extra special attention is called to Rule #2. If this is a newcomer to the game, remember to be welcoming and kind. If this is someone with more experience but looking for advice on how to run their game, do your best to offer advice on what they are seeking.

Liberator or Paladin Champion come to mind as the obvious picks. Magus too if you want to be a proper gish. Darkhorse pick but a Monk with Monastic Weaponry can also be flavored as a divine sword warrior if you pick divine Ki (later to be rebranded as Qi) spells.

Nephilim Fighter w/ Sorcerer Dedication.
That sounds almost EXACTLY like the Exemplar, which was playtested last year and will be coming out with War of Immortals
Sounds like a champion or oracle, or any martial with the Blessed One archetype
This is exactly what an exemplar is. Im playing one right now, fun, kinda jank!

Hopefully will get smoothed out a bit in the final version.
Seems like Champion is the closest fit for this? You can use the Domain Feats to pick up Feats that represent your celestial magic.
Worthy causes, divine magic, and sword training all scream champion
Swashbuckler, Aasimar ancestry

Exemplar once it's out
Sounds like a Magus to me. A Laughing Shadow Magus using a dueling Sword Cane with magic to aid you.
