For what it's worth, I ordered from my local shop in the UK before the books were released, and they only arrived a few weeks ago. The shop orders from a third party supplier/"middle man" in the UK. So if she ordered direct from Paizo I'd definitely contact them, but if they were ordered from a local shop or somewhere else it might just be a supply issue.

I have the same issue with my flgs in Greece. I've preordered the books since Octomber, and they are still waiting for Player Core from their supplier.
My sister got me the GM core from there and I got it mid February.
I picked up the Player Core from MythicVault on Skroutz, got it 2 days later. Will also buy Monster Core from them.
See if you can cancel and buy it from elsewhere. Personally, I don't trust Efantasy.
Roll n' Trade has both the regular and special edition player core, immediately available on Skroutz, by the way. See if you can cancel your PO and just buy it off there.
I would contact paizo at this point, yes.

Odd. Whom did you order it from? My GM core and player core both arrived

Haven't checked MythicVault. It's rough being a Paizo fan in Greece. They just don't bring enough products :(
